Shows a successful Registration with the PBX
CallerID 'must' be set to the SIP username (extension) or registration fails.
Default Username and Password for the M5 are:
user|12345
admin|54321
On the PBX side, I used just a standard SIP Extension with defaults other then adding G726 to it.
