tm module enables stateful processing of SIP transactions in OpenSER. It is one of the most used and, in the same time, complex modules of OpenSER, being in use for accounting, sending reliable SIP message from inside OpenSER, serial and parallel forking. Another important function is to absorb/manage retransmissions.

The very known function t_relay() is present is almost all config files.
