Open Call Suite - OCS
This solution's fundamentals, based upon different interchangeable components, enables us with an advanced solution with limitless growth possibilities at a very competitive cost, avoiding tipical mortgage and tiers traditionally relationed with old propietary technologies. Tools included on the solution are the typical ones we can need on a call center enviroment. The solution covers the basic tools to manage a CallCenter: AgentLoggers, PopUP launchers, Progesive Dialers, Recording Software and statistics and metrical software for obtaining SLAs about service.
The different pieces of the solution can be used together or separately, so there are no dependence among them. On complex or critical enviroments, commercial support for the different combinations of the produtt exist and could be offered to ensure getting the best of the solution, however, this is not mandatory, and all the main components, source code and basic support (trought foros) are avaiable from Asterisk Arena.
It's important to take into account that due to the use of opensource solutions, flexibility of the result is total, without dependence of third providers, and making it possible a great professional and competitive service development. Thanks to this flexivity, a small center can start with a minimun of investment, and if requirements growths demanding for more complex, we can do further investments (either with specific development, additional open source solutions or even comercial pieces) withouth loosing current inversion.
