seeking isp offering dial out modem

Hi, I have an application where I need to place data calls from one computer to another. I.e. the kind of thing you do with unix cu and expect. What I'm looking for is an ISP (or as we like to say these days "cloud computing vendor")which has the hardware, policy, pricing et. al. to let me do that. Suggestions? Thanks!
